Your journal stays on your device

Casino Cashout Timer stores your cashout details, notes, update history, unfinished draft and appearance preference in the app’s private storage. We do not upload your journal to our servers or send it to casinos.

No account, ads or tracking

The app has no account system, advertising, analytics or casino connections. It does not request your location, contacts, camera or microphone. Release builds do not download over-the-air app updates.

Backups and device transfers

Your operating system may include app data in a device backup or transfer, depending on your device and settings. Those copies are managed by your platform provider. We do not provide cloud sync or a recovery service.

Removing your information

Open a cashout and choose Delete cashout to remove it, its history and its associated draft from the app. Discard an unfinished draft from the recovery prompt. Deletion cannot remove copies already held in an operating-system backup. Removing the app may remove its local records.

When you contact support

Emailing support@dualstorm.com shares your email address and the message you choose to send with Dual Storm Studio LTD and Google Workspace, our email provider, so we can respond. The app does not attach your journal. Support correspondence is kept until manually deleted; there is no automatic expiry. Contact support@dualstorm.com to request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence.

Opening our support pages

The cashouttracker.app website, including our support, privacy and terms pages, is hosted on Cloudflare. Opening it sends technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested URL, to Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. It does not send your journal. We do not add analytics, advertising scripts or signup forms to this website. Screenshots contain fictional demo records. Other Dual Storm websites have their own privacy notices.
